As part of its research activities, the CRSA conducts several series of field campaigns to measure biophysical variables. These measurements serve as a reference for assessing observations from our permanent monitoring network, as well as for validating the outputs of our models and remote sensing based products.
These field campaigns are carried out within the framework of multiple projects at CRSA, including the Aqueduct project, in which our team aims to develop system dynamics (SD) models to simulate the interactions between water resources, agricultural uses, and ecosystems.
