CERTE (Water Research & Technologies Center) is a public applied R&D center established in 2005 under Tunisia’s Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research. Based at the Borj Cedria Technopark, CERTE leads national expertise in water and environmental sciences—covering surface water, groundwater, hydrogeophysics, hydrogeochemistry, wastewater treatment & valorization, desalination, nature-based solutions, biotechnologies, membrane technologies, water governance, and sustainable development.
